Hi. I ran a month long post engagement campaign for a retail shop (electronic appliances) .The campaign was successful digitally as I delivered the promised reach (it was in fact far more than promised), the inquiries in inbox were decent and in good numbers. The design itself got 12K reactions and 120 comments. I made sure the demographics and behaviour/ interests of the targets were taken into consideration to help this client reach his right audiences. However, the client said that he was not at all benefited by the campaign and regretted doing it. My queries are-
1. Where did I go wrong?
2. Are we as digital marketers responsible for direct conversion of customers for any business?
